Kipenzi Terms of Service

Welcome to Kipenzi, a dating platform designed to foster emotionally intelligent, safe, and culturally grounded relationships. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and Kipenzi Ltd ("Kipenzi", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access and use of our application, website, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing or using Kipenzi, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use our Platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

Kipenzi may monitor interactions for compliance and reserves the right to remove content or users who violate these guidelines.

7. Premium Services and Payments

All payments are processed securely and are non-refundable, except where required by law.

8. Disclaimers

Kipenzi provides its services "as is" and makes no guarantees regarding user matches, outcomes, or behavior.
Kipenzi is not responsible for any in-person meetings or offline interactions between users.
Users are advised to exercise caution and sound judgment when engaging with others.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Kipenzi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including emotional distress, lost data, or reputational harm.
Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) to use our services.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time via the app settings.
Kipenzi may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms or any applicable law.
Termination does not relieve you of any payment obligations or liability accrued prior to termination.

11. Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall first be resolved through mediation in Nairobi, Kenya.
If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the High Court of Kenya under the laws of the Republic of Kenya.

12. Modifications to Terms

Kipenzi reserves the right to modify these Terms. Changes will be communicated via app or email.
Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
